Together with Kamera Express and under the guide of none the other than our Master of Light Silvia Steinbach, we are hosting exclusive workshops where you can experience the power of creative lighting for portrait and business photography.
Workshop with Silvia Steinbach
Led by Silvia Steinbach, one of Europe’s leading industrial and scientific photographers, you will explore the art of guiding the viewer’s eye through light in business portraiture. Silvia will share how continuous lighting can enhance your photography workflow and shape the story within your image.
Alongside practical exercises, she will also answer your technical questions – from the advantages of LED continuous light over flash, to the best camera settings for your work.

Silvia Steinbach
Silvia Steinbach is a scientific and industrial photographer based in Lower Saxony, Germany. After studying photo design in Dortmund, she launched her freelance career in 2005 and has since worked with scientific institutes and industrial companies across Germany and internationally. Her mission is to make complex technologies and processes visually accessible. With a precise technical approach, masterful control of light, and a sharp eye for detail, Silvia creates images that are both informative and visually impactful.
Timo Stein
Timo Stein is Maxima’s own Sales Manager for Germany. With a vast experience in lighting, both for photography and video and for stage, he will welcome you into the possibilities that Maxima offers in redefining a more efficient photo/video workflow, tailored to your needs.
