Documentary crews, commercial filmmakers, small production teams and location photographers regularly move between environments within the same shooting day. One room may be dominated by daylight, another by warm decorative lighting, and another by mixed sources.
Being able to make a colour-temperature correction directly from the fixture can remove several steps from the lighting workflow.
You no longer need to stop the production to:
- install CTO or CTB gels
- change the principal fixture
- accept unnecessary output loss from correction material
- rebuild a modifier

Does daylight-only mean more output?
